At Carpet Underlay Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your underlay or accessories are not suitable, you can return unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization reference.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure the underlay rolls or accessories are securely packaged in their original wrapping to prevent damage during transit.

  Arrange Shipping

  Ship the items back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
