This 12mm carpet underlay is exactly what you need if you’re looking for a budget good level of underfoot feeling for your carpets and give a thicker, better finish.

This cheap 12mm PU foam carpet underlay comes with non-woven backings on both sides of the underlay to give it high strength and durability - this makes it ideal for stretch fitting any carpet (prevents the underlay from pulling apart which can happen on some single-sided underlays).
