This Z flooring metal trim is used to join a carpet to laminate/wood / LVT flooring where there is a difference in height up to 13mm. This door bar provides a neat and attractive finish at doorways and other unprotected areas where your carpet joins tiles or laminate/wood flooring. The metal threshold section can be lightly dressed down using a rubber mallet to ensure a snug fit to the edges of both floor coverings
